May 10th: Moms and Mimosas at the Outlets at Castle Rock

Celebrate Mother’s Day at the Outlets at Castle Rock with a fun-filled event where you can enjoy the festivities while supporting a great cause. $10 from each ticket will benefit The Help & Hope Center of Castle Rock, a fantastic non-profit that provides essential support to those in need in Douglas and Elbert counties.

May 14th: Basics of Bird Watching Guided Walk (Part 2)

Head out for an early morning walk in Castle Rock with a Natural Resource Specialist, exploring a paved trail in search of a variety of local and seasonal bird species. This two-hour easy walk is designed to advance birding skills discussed in the indoor class, but attendance in Part 1 is not required. Please bring your own binoculars. Recommended for ages 8 years and older.

May 17th: Basics of Birdwatching Guided Hike (Part 2)

Take part in a guided hike led by a Natural Resource Specialist, exploring grassland and forest birds. This 2.3-mile trek covers the easy Chuck’s Loop Trail, perfect for spotting grassland birds and bluebirds, and the more challenging Legacy Trail, winding through a mature forest on the shaded north slope of the mesa. Please bring your own binoculars. Recommended for ages 8 and older.

May 17th: Eighth Annual Victoria’s Tea Fundraiser

The Castle Rock Historical Society & Museum is hosting its Eighth Annual Victoria’s Tea Fundraiser featuring Janice Baker. Janice will be re-enacting her great-great grandmother, Marian Russell, from Marian’s book “Land of Enchantment.”  The book is about the many times Marian traveled on the Santa Fe trail and the people she met, like Kit Carson. You’ll also enjoy delicious tea and scones.

May 17th: Spring Kickoff Concert

The official kickoff to the 2025 Downtown Castle Rock event season!

Locals and visitors gather each year in Festival Park to enjoy live bands, food trucks, local breweries, face painters and vendor booths.  Bring the family, a blanket, or a lawn chair and join us for some fun in Festival Park.

May 23rd to Sept 1st: Rock the Mountain at the Outlets at Castle Rock

This summer is going to be ROCKIN’ at the Outlets at Castle Rock!

The Outlets at Castle Rock is thrilled to bring back live and local entertainment for the third year in a row in our East 4th Street Courtyard (next to H&M)!

New this year: Family Fun Fridays (12 to 2 p.m.) featuring FREE kid-friendly activities and fun for all ages!

Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day brings good vibes, great music, and tasty food trucks on select weekends. It’s the perfect time to shop, groove, and enjoy summer at its finest!

May 25th: Festival Park Farmers Market

Don’t miss locally raised meats, farm-fresh eggs, a variety of fresh produce, delicious baked goods, artisan-made products and more from nearly 40 vendors. Support local business and agriculture while getting outside, meeting neighbors and enjoying delicious local fare.

The market opens Memorial Day weekend and runs every Sunday through mid-October.
